DIC Storm Shadow

yes this is dollar general storm shadow which people are quick to hate on but what people forget is that its the epic Renegades storm shadow but with a different head and the hood from resolute zartan. the colors are a straight homage to DIC storm shadow, actually a perfect modern update. this is Tommy after he joined the Joe team if you want a translation of his DIC character, he quit cobra. Im okay with that but I prefer him as cobra.  he's one of those characters in my opinion that can be a villain but still have honor and some good in him. he'll never be a complete member of the Joe team to me because he's a tortured soul and still has a lot of hatred burning through him because of the death of his uncle.
but what I really dig is that his hands were made for the bow. the right hand moves in and out at the joint and the left hand moves left to right at the joint. so he can fit the arrow between his fingers and hold the bow like he's about to send it through someone's head flawlessly.
