Former grunt under the training of Gunny Leatherneck who was a complete asshole and ended up joining cobra, only to have his ass kicked by our favorite marine. I liked the character of Buck McCan just because he was an asshole, just a nasty personality that made him a likable bad guy. Figured ROC Destro with a Imperial officer head would do him justice. minimal paint because well that uniform is straight up ROC Destro.
if you have ever seen the arah episode The Rotten Egg you can tell that is the voice actor for Serpentor doing his voice. which again just adds to his despicable nature quite well. he could be my Cobra trainer like Big Boa. sort of like Cobra's version of Beach head. he will be created further down the line because  I need to order a few more ROC Destros(one for him, one to be my Arctic styled Destro because its a bad ass Destro, I got one for Interrogator and a few for some Oktober guard customs)
