cybernetic assasain

I noticed the instructions for the zip line mechanisim has Wraith's head stuck on this figure so I decided to look it up and early prototypes featured his noggin and face mask. So that leads me to bieleve that they are the same character but given my feelings about this figure compared to 25th anniversary Wraith that I would kill to own mainly because I love the character, Cyber Ninja wishes he was wraith, he might dream it but that don't make it true.
I view him as the cyber Initiative(mortal Kombat cyborgs) form of the Red Ninja Clan. Sei Tin allied himself with Destro with hopes of crushing GI Joe and Cobra commander they used stolen cloaking technology based on Wraith's armor but more efficient. they took volunteer red ninjas and turned them into cyborgs with cybernetic implants enhancing their combat ability and cutting off all consciousness making them feel no fear, pain or empathy for anything. Just unstoppable killing machines.
in my opinion that is what would make Cyber ninja just bad ass. and thanks to my imagination that gives me love for the figure. though I would
prefer the spare head from cobra combat ninja/shock trooper on him to make him look more mechanical.
