scourge is quite intelligent and has a great amount of strength but when it
comes to leadership skills, cyclonus would have him beat there if it weren't for
the fact he is too loyal to galvatron
well the times they weren't being used as target practice that is
And if the Sweeps 'd follow Scourge's orders and Cyclonus keeps his mouth shut (new air-commander job: you still got the coneheads to command!) they'd make an excellent group of bounty-hunters that work 100% for Galvatron.
(Galvatron wants them to capture Autobot X, then they set out to try to do so, and if they don't succeed Galvatron might shoot the Sweeps and they re-appear and get another job)
